via PostNL with a tracking code via www.tracktrace.nl and will be signed on delivery.

We recommend placing the items in one order. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, each order will incur a

If you have not received your order and have not received a notification or note where your order is, please contact our
customer service so that we can help you with this.
Right of withdrawal/Return shipment:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your order (see the step-by-step plan below). You have a cooling
off period of 14 days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You
have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and,
if possible, in its original packaging.
For returning your order, the return costs are for your account. We will credit the purchase amount to you within 14 days.
If you want to return a product or the entire order, this is of course no problem. However, make sure that you handle the
product and the packaging with care. The basic principle is that you only inspect the product and that this inspection
may not go beyond what you could do in a physical store. We can no longer sell used items. Returns are assessed by
SuperBro Toys upon receipt and if it appears that the value of the product is depreciated, this depreciation of the

Step-by-step plan to return
When you have created an account:
1. Log in and go to My Account;
2. Then go to My orders;
3. Click View;
4. At the bottom of the page you will see Return items. Click on this;
5. Choose the number of products to be returned;
6. Indicate the reason for the return, the return action and a short response.
We use your information to improve any points and can then better understand your return;
7. Click on Send at the bottom;
8. After receipt of your return request, you will receive further information from us.
If you have not created an account:
1. Send an e-mail to our customer service with your return request;
2. Please include the following information in your email:
• Your first and last name;
• Your order number, which you can find on your invoice;
• Provide a message why you want to return. We use your information to improve any points
and can then better understand your return;
•Your phone number;
• Your bank account number with the associated name of the beneficiary to which we may
transfer the return amount.
After receipt of your return request, you will receive further information from us.
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to cancel the purchase within 14 days.
We strive to refund the purchase amount, including any shipping costs paid by you
(only when returning the entire order, the shipping costs are not reimbursed for partial returns),
within 3 working days after receipt and approval of the returned item. .
If for whatever reason this does not work, you can assume that the amount will be refunded within 14 days,
following the day on which you report the withdrawal
(provided that the product has been received by us in good order). .
The refund will be made in the same way as how you paid for the order.
